You cannot pour from an empty cup.
Yoga for Caretakers is a class for anyone who spends the majority of their time pouring into others.
We will focus on replenishing our mental, emotional, and physical strength through movement and breath.
You will leave this class feeling refreshed and ready to give your family, students, community the best of you!
This class is open to ALL skill levels.
Traci-Marie has been an avid yogi since 2012 after being introduced to Bikram through a friend.
She decided to take her practice a step further and became a 200-RYT in May of 2018 and also hold certifications in trauma informed yoga, children's yoga, and is currently studying for her Social Justice certification through the University of Chicago. Traci is passionate about making yoga and mindfulness accessible to everyone despite race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status.
