The Downtown Yoga & Wellness Co-op is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance. Graduates of our program leave with a dual certification (200 HR YT + 20 HR Trauma Recovery Yoga), immediate teaching opportunities and continuous mentorship.
